Title -  TEMP Inventory Control Coordinator
Location - San Clemente CA
Duration - 4 Months (Possibility of extension)


Vertical Description:
The Operations Inventory Control Coordinator I will support and manage the Inventory and accuracy of materials across operations. Works with cross functional teams to order, receive, stock, and stage the appropriate amount of inventory. Works with the appropriate personnel to resolve any variances in the inventory count, ensure appropriate adjustments are done.

Maintain orderly workspace, meeting deadlines and communicating well with cross functional teams Assists in maintaining stock of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods as needed to support build plan.
Works with warehouse personnel to replenish raw materials inside the clean room materials room, to support build plan.
Responsible for stocking and maintaining WIP inside the clean room materials room.
Supports production build plan and setting up appropriate Kanban levels and staging for clean room.
Supports operations team by maintaining inventory accuracy in the clean room.
Supports inventory requests.
Ability to perform basi.
Uses Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle to complete document reviews, training, and check inventory.

Requirements:
0-2 years of work experience Experience with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) Communication and interpersonal skills - work with cross functional members Lift product (up to 20 lbs) as necessary to do the physical count. Able to perform the job in a quality system and regulated environment. Must have good oral and written communications. Organizational skills - use time efficiently and effectively. High School Diploma Required
