POSITION OVERVIEW
The Last Mile Deputy Manager supports the planning, coordination, and live execution of all Last Mile operations during FIFA World Cup 2026 events in Kansas City.
Working under the direction of the Last Mile Manager, this role assists in managing the final stage of the spectator journey-from transport drop-off points such as bus malls, Park & Ride sites, and rideshare zones through to venue entry points.
The Deputy Manager plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient pedestrian flow, effective wayfinding, and seamless coordination between transport, security, and venue teams, helping deliver a positive and well-managed spectator experience.
