POSITION OVERVIEW
The Deputy Manager, Bus Mall and Parking Operations supports the planning, coordination, and live execution of bus mall and spectator parking operations at assigned FIFA World Cup 2026 venues in Kansas City.
Working under the direction of the Bus Mall / Parking Operations Manager, this role assists in overseeing bus flow, load zones, parking operations, shuttle coordination, and pedestrian movement, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across high-volume transport areas.
The Deputy Manager plays a key leadership role in field operations, acting as the operational lead during shifts or in the absence of the Manager, while ensuring alignment with KC26 Mobility plans and FIFA service standards.
