What You'll Do:
Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other financial transactions
Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with members
Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
Educate members on available products and services that meet their financial needs
Resolve account inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and security procedures

What Were Looking For:
Previous cash-handling, teller, retail banking, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and experience with financial systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
