Teller (Lahaina Branch)

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, customer-focused and team-oriented Teller to join our Lahaina Branch.

Compensation:

The salary range for the role is $20.00 - $23.50/hour (commensurate with experience) + an additional premium of $3.00/per hour; plus sales incentives.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Rotational Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Personal alignment with our core values - Caring, Character, and Collaboration
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customers
• Attention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and services
