Schedule: In-Office, 9-6 M-F, rotating Saturdays 8:45-12:15
Gate City Bank is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Fargo Southpointe Office. This role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right
A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $17.75-$18.75
Saturday Differential Pay: +$5/hr
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
