Your Role
Akkodis is seeking a Telephony Product Owner for a Contract with a client in Frederick, MD. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Agile product ownership and Microsoft Teams Calling to manage backlogs, define user stories, and lead telephony solutions across enterprise environments.
Rate Range: $64/Hour to $68/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Telephony Product Owner Job Responsibilities include:
Define and manage product backlog, user stories, and priorities for telephony and communication platforms.
Lead delivery of VoIP, SIP, PBX, and Microsoft Teams Calling solutions across enterprise environments.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and business teams to align product vision and roadmap.
Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Oversee integration of telephony systems with contact center platforms, CRM systems, and APIs.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
8-10+ years of experience in telephony/communication platforms with 3+ years in a Product Owner role.
Strong experience in VoIP, SIP, PBX, and Microsoft Teams Calling or unified communication platforms.
Proven ability in Agile product ownership, stakeholder management, and delivering enterprise telephony solutions with integrations.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
