We are seeking a Telephone Medical Appointment Clerk at Lincoln Center in San Antonio, TX. The position operates Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., with a 9-hour shift that includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch, not to exceed 40 hours per week.
Position Summary
The Telephone Medical Appointment Clerk/Consult Agent supports a high-volume healthcare call center. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, and ensuring accurate and timely handling of medical consults in a professional and customer-focused environment.
