Introduction
The position is responsible for testing and operating the remote monitoring and control system for ***’s autonomous vehicles. This role involves overseeing various initiatives and striving to achieve team goals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional organizations. We are looking for proactive, positive, and team-oriented individuals who are motivated.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen
- Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy
- Experience working in a cross-functional team
- 2-3 years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with working in the autonomous vehicle industry
- Efficient with working on the Windows 10 OS
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Software/QA testing
- Basic QA testing experience
- Experience playing video games
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations
- Respond to and manage critical mission needs
- Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations
- Assist with testing and data collection
- Work closely with SW, QA, and UX to improve the TeleOps Interface
- Willingness to work flexible shift hours
