Job Overview
As a Telemetry Monitor Technician, you’ll monitor cardiac rhythms from the Central Monitoring Unit, interpret changes, and communicate updates to nursing staff in real time. You’ll manage documentation, handoffs, and workflows that support patient safety across multiple campuses. About the Central Monitoring Unit
The Central Monitoring Unit (CMU) is located at Midtown and provides continuous cardiac rhythm surveillance for Midtown, Gateway, The Women’s Hospital, Henderson, and three Illinois locations, operating 12 dedicated monitoring stations. The team delivers realâtime rhythm interpretation and immediate communication to bedside staff across the system.
