Job Summary and Qualifications
As an Advanced Patient Care Technician PCT you will be an important part of delivering compassionate patient-centered care. Under the guidance of a registered nurse you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.
Observe patients document changes and communicate them with the nursing team
Help patients with daily needs ADLs such as eating drinking bathing and moving safely
Provide advanced care including phlebotomy telemetry monitoring removing IV lines and catheters and care for wounds
Assist with supporting tasks like collecting lab samples and assisting with clerical duties to keep care running smoothly
Look ahead to what patients might need respond quickly and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionate
What qualifications you will need
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
High School Graduate GED required
New Hampshire LNA licesne required
2-3 years of previous acute carehospital experience preferred
