Role Overview


As a Telemarketer, your primary focus is outbound calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. You will introduce prospective customers to our agency, qualify opportunities, and set the foundation for our sales team to close business.


Success in this role is measured by activity, lead quality, and appointments set.


Key Responsibilities


Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and services


Identify and qualify leads by gathering key customer information


Schedule appointments for licensed team members


Follow up on marketing leads and referrals


Provide basic information and answer initial questions about insurance options


Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions


Track activity and performance toward daily and weekly goals


Ensure all communications meet compliance and agency standards
