Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to new leads & existing policyholders
- Follow an organized call list and daily schedule
- Explain the purpose of the call and transfer to a licensed team member
- Document call results accurately in our system
- Participate in weekly coaching and skill development
- Request referrals and reviews when appropriate

- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office only (not remote)
