Job Summary:
As a State Farm Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote State Farm insurance products, schedule appointments with agents, and provide excellent customer service. Your role is critical in expanding our customer base and supporting our agents in delivering personalized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers using a provided call list.
  • Identify customer needs and direct qualified leads to State Farm agents for follow-up and sales closure.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle inbound calls when necessary and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Follow all company policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements during calls.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve scripts, processes, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
