Responsibilities:
The TeleHealth Analyst will be responsible for implementing telehealth/telemedicine technologies across the McLeod Health organization.
Required to coordinate and facilitate telehealth and conferencing sessions.
Serves as a coordinator between clients and IT personnel for use of equipment, problem resolution and project evaluation.
Participates in on-call rotation schedule, to include daily, after hours and weekends, to provide round the clock client support.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Five years of related work experience in information systems support.
Experience in client server-based technologies and personal computer technologies
Must be a team player with initiative, organizational skills and analytical abilities.
A minimum of five years of supporting information systems.
Minimum of three years PC-oriented experience including hardware and basic networking.
Job requires the ability to design, support, and monitor telehealth hardware and software systems.
