The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist senior technicians with maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights
· Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
· Maintain accurate records of work completed
· Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
