    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a Telecommunications Tower Technician (Green Hand). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with the maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures.

    Key Responsibilities:
     
    ·      Assist senior technicians with maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
    ·      Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights
    ·      Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
    ·      Maintain accurate records of work completed
    ·      Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
     
    Qualifications:
     
    ·      High school diploma or equivalent
    ·      Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    ·      Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions
    ·      Strong communication and teamwork skills
    ·      Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
