What you need to get the job:
- Experience configuring, maintaining and supporting call center application
- Strong data analytics and reporting to provide to key stakeholders
- Ability to create call flow scripts and diagram those in system based on different department needs
- Any scripting or development experience is a plus
- Ability to support call center systems that connects to a complex network
