You’ll be meeting customers to provide a direct introduction to the world’s most reliable internet. The Telecom Sales Team Associate also ensures that every sales opportunity results in a high-quality connection, helping our sales firm thrive through fiber-optic excellence.

Responsibilities of the Telecom Sales Team Associate

• Talk with customers about how AT&T Fiber can improve everyday internet use, from reliable connectivity to entertainment without constant buffering.
• Use sales conversations to learn how customers use their internet and recommend AT&T Fiber plans that actually fit their daily routines.
• Help customers compare AT&T Fiber speed options, explaining the difference between plans in simple language that makes the sales process easy.
• Show customers how AT&T Fiber supports multiple devices at once, making it easier for customers to stay connected without interruptions.
• Keep sales interactions helpful by answering questions honestly, following up with interested customers, and making sure they’re comfortable with their service.
• Contribute to sales performance by helping customers see how AT&T Fiber can make everyday internet use faster, easier, and more reliable.

Qualifications of a Telecom Sales Team Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
• Passionate about sales or customer service is a plus. 
• Patience during decision‑making to support customers as they compare services.
• Consistency in sales to maintain momentum across conversations and follow‑ups.
