As a Telecom Customer Sales Associate you will manage relationships, anticipate client needs and ensure that they receive value for their service. You will essentially be building trust, solving problems and turning every connection into a long lasting relationship with our customers.
Your duties as a Telecom Customer Sales Associate
Directly cultivate strong and long lasting relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for their service needs
As a Telecom Customer Sales Associate you will educate customers on service offerings and their value proposition
Spot signs of potential customer dissatisfaction and work proactively to solve them and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
As a Telecom Customer Sales Associate you will collect customer feedback in order to drive continuous service improvement
Recognise upsell opportunities and explore opportunities for customers to upgrade their existing services in alignment with their evolving needs
Use our CRM tools to maintain up to date records of customer interactions, sales and success metrics to share with fellow Telecom Customer Sales Associates
Collaborate with fellow Telecom Customer Sales Associates and internal teams in order ensure a smooth and positive customer service experience
What you have a Telecom Customer Sales Associate
A high school diploma or GED equivalent
1 year experience as a telecom customer experience associate or in customer service, customer experience or sales
Good communication skills
Ability to interact with a variety of customers
Team player
Ability to multi task and handle multiple inquiries from customers while ensuring a positive experience
