What We’re Looking For

A&Z Marketing seeks a Telecom Account Manager for our sales team. In this crucial role, you will create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for key accounts and partnerships. Telecom Account Manager key duties:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for major accounts to exceed sales and profit goals
  • Increase product adoption within existing key accounts and identify opportunities for new product introductions
  • Meet with internal teams, including other Telecom Account Managers and sales, to ensure accurate processing of sales orders and account-related tasks
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure outstanding satisfaction
  • Advise the marketing department on significant opportunities with major clients to support sales efforts
  • Produce regular reports for executive leadership detailing all sales activities
  • Recognize and disseminate valuable insights from key accounts and market trends

Telecom Account Manager requirements:

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrates a firm understanding of basic marketing principles
  • Works well independently and in a team setting
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
