2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday
4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
11.5% Shift Premium on all hours worked
What You'll Do
- Clean, mask, and prepare parts for coating
- Apply Teflon (PTFE) and fluoropolymer coatings to customer specifications
- Perform multi-step coating processes
- Operate curing ovens and monitor bake cycles
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Read blueprints, sketches, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial coating experience
- Experience with Teflon (PTFE), fluoropolymer, powder coating, or other high-performance coatings preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation methods, including grit blasting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to wear a respirator and pass an annual pulmonary test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active manufacturing environment
