Job Details
  • Review, draft, and negotiate operational, commercial, and technology contracts including SaaS agreements, software licenses, consulting and professional services agreements, manufacturing and supply, R&D, IP licensing, and sales and distribution agreements
  • Participate directly in contract negotiations with clients and counterparties
  • Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to align commercial agreements with business objectives and compliance requirements
  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and contract documentation to support deal execution
  • Support corporate transactions involving intellectual property and commercial issues

Looking For:

  • Colorado Bar Admission or eligible to waive in
  • Recent commercial and technology transactions experience
  • Hands-on drafting and negotiation of SaaS agreements, software licenses, and technology contracts
  • Ability to manage deals and negotiate independently with minimal supervision
