Job Qualifications:
- An Associate''s degree in a technology field or equivalent training and experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated professional experience in a technology field.
- Experience with computer hardware, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT equipment.
- Experience supporting computer systems and networks in a multi-user, multi-platform environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to transport equipment between buildings and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- A strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to follow directions.
- Ability to maintain and respect confidential information.
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to work well with staff, parents, and diverse populations.
