Hansen Talent Group is seeking an onsite Technology Support Specialist II to support a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.  This role requires a strong technical support background paired with excellent customer communication skills. 


What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and restore technical services and equipment using documented processes

  • Resolve application, hardware, and software issues; escalate when business impact warrants

  • Research, respond to, and document customer requests

  • Maintain and update knowledge base and call tracking systems

  • Proactively monitor systems, servers, and networks to prevent outages

  • Analyze data to understand business impact and identify service gaps


What you need:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Proven experience providing technical guidance and informal user training

  • Understanding of business systems and technical environments

  • Ability to document processes clearly and keep documentation current

  • Proficient with common enterprise applications and systems

  • Technical support experience


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Citrix

  • VPN troubleshooting

  • Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams)
