As Technology Strategy, Vice President on the Global Real Estate Digital Platforms & Data team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of technology and data strategies for Global Real Estate (GRE). Reporting to the Chief Operating Office Technology Lead, you will help oversee GRE technology platforms, support the development and delivery of GRE technologies, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure technology platforms meet business needs. You will partner with internal and external product teams, system administrators, and data analysts, and collaborate with CAO & Technology partners to advance data governance initiatives. Technology platforms include those supporting GRE's Portfolio Management, Property Management, Design & Construction, and Regional/Site Services functions.
You will have strong project management and execution experience, the ability to structure and define strategy, and a talent for developing solutions to complex problems. You should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage both tactical and strategic projects in parallel is essential. Experience with reference data management, technology & real estate project management, process improvement, and operations management is preferred.
