Must Have Skills:
Production Support/Application Support (L2/L3)
Incident, Problem, and Change Management
SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase database support
Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting
Monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace)

Nice to Have Skills:
Investment Banking or Wealth Management domain knowledge

Detailed Job Description:
L1/L2/L3 Production Support experience
Monitoring and batch job management
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution
ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools
SLA management and adherence
Release and deployment support
Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity support
