Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and middleware technologies such as ToClientat/WebLogic. Proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes. Strong understanding of ITIL practices, change and release management, batch job monitoring, performance tuning, and automation. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams to ensure high application availability, SLA compliance, and seamless production support in 24x7 environments
