Experienced Application Support Engineer in supporting and maintaining Java and Python-based enterprise applications on Linux/Open Systems environments. Skilled in L2/L3 production support, incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and middleware technologies such as Tomcat/WebLogic. Proficient in ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes. Strong understanding of ITIL practices, change and release management, batch job monitoring, performance tuning, and automation. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams to ensure high application availability, SLA compliance, and seamless production support in 24x7 environments
