Jasco is looking for a Technology Solutions Help Desk Coordinator that plays a key role in delivering a high-quality technology experience across the organization. This position is responsible for providing responsive, customer-focused technical support while ensuring the reliability and performance of end-user systems and collaboration technologies.
This role supports the full workstation lifecycle, conferencing and live event technologies, Windows 11 and macOS environments, and endpoint deployment solutions. The position also contributes to overall operational effectiveness through proactive support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of technology services.
