FieldBridge is looking for a Rosharon, TX based Technology Quality Technician to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $24.00 - $27.00/hr base + $2.00 shift differential. 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Great OT opportunity available. At $29/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,508 gross.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technology Quality Technician to diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues in a shop environment at the Rosharon, TX facility. In this role, you will perform preventative maintenance, conduct pressure testing using HMI remote controls, and support downhole tool testing operations while working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for a candidate with a strong multi-discipline background and a willingness to work 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues including replacement of pumps, control valves, motors, cylinders, and sensors
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment
  • Rig downhole tools into pressure vessels and perform pressure testing using HMI remote control and data acquisition systems
  • Troubleshoot VFDs, PLCs, RMC controllers, and 4-20mA and 24V sensors
  • Prepare maintenance and test reporting summaries using Microsoft Word and Excel for proper documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of formal training or equivalent work experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Proficient with common hand tools, power tools, and inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical blueprints, test plans, and diagrams
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC RSLogix, RMC logics, or Keyence Marking Builder a plus
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, solvents, and oils
  • Must be flexible for 2nd shift, occasional weekends, and schedule changes as needed
