Join to apply for the Technology Protection Engineer II role at Celestar Holdings Corporation .Position OverviewPosition: Technology Protection Engineer – Level II (PIPELINE)Company: Celestar CorporationLocation: Huntsville, ALClearance Requirement: Active Top-Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access (must appear in DISS and be within scope Type: Full-TimeAbout UsCelestar, a Veteran‑Owned Company, offers highly competitive salaries and benefits, including dental, health, life, and disability insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan with company match; paid holidays; and personal time off.BackgroundThe U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Army Security Office (ASO), and Army Research and Technology Protection Center (ARTPC) support services have initiated this effort to provide support in the development of security‑related documentation, including Science & Technology Protection Plans, Program Protection Plans, critical technology reviews, and threat/mitigation plans that utilize a systematic approach to technology protection, intelligence analysis, and multidisciplinary security specialist support to provide risk mitigation across the Army.Advanced technology development is critical to the Army's future fighting force, and foreign entities endeavour to acquire these technologies. Identification and protection of those technologies is essential to the Army's mission and ability to fight and win. The Army requires an integrated Research and Technology Program, Security, Cyber Incident Damage Assessment, and Modernization Security Protection program to perform these critical missions with a high degree of confidence.ResponsibilitiesProvide RTP engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, Critical Function (CF) analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.Provide inputs to threat identification, security‑related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.Document results of the support and related meetings (other than recurring) in an ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), the customer tracking database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI reside.Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews on behalf of Army customers.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials, etc.).Four (4) years of engineering experience.Experience in briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
