Identification and protection of those technologies is essential to the Army's mission and ability to fight and win. The Army requires an integrated Research and Technology Program, Security, Cyber Incident Damage Assessment, and Modernization Security Protection program to perform these critical missions with a high degree of confidence.ResponsibilitiesProvide RTP engineering analysis, including Controlled Technical Information (CTI) identification, Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, Critical Function (CF) analysis, supply chain analysis, vulnerability analysis, and risk evaluation.Provide inputs to threat identification, security‑related protection measure development, and countermeasures development recommendations based on engineering analysis results.Document results of the support and related meetings (other than recurring) in an ARTPC assessment/survey memorandum, AAR/Executive Summary (EXSUM), the customer tracking database, and as part of the monthly status report (MSR).Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI reside.Conduct CPI Surveys, CPI Assessments, and CTI identification methodology reviews on behalf of Army customers.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, aerospace, materials, etc.).Four (4) years of engineering experience.Experience in briefing and interacting with SES/General Officer levels preferred.Exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates.IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a Best Athlete Selection Process!
