Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technology projects across Member and Broker platforms
  • Coordinate with Infrastructure, .NET Development, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform teams for seamless delivery
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure on-time execution
  • Provide clear, concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive governance, reporting cadence, and stakeholder communication
  • Manage scope changes and ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans
  • Perform end-to-end management of a single or portfolio of projects with TCV $500K–$1Mn in deliverables or outcome-based models
  • Deliver agreed scope within timelines and cost, ensuring project success criteria and customer satisfaction are met


Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Technology Project Management
  • Strong experience in Healthcare Payer domain (Member and/or Provider)
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Development, QA, Business)
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
  • Experience with Broker and Member systems in Medicare Advantage
  • Exposure to cloud-based transformations leveraging Azure
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise workflow solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools for project tracking and reporting
