Serving as the primary technical contact for customers on operational issues. Acting as the technical owner of the catalyst and technology portfolio. Driving innovation and product differentiation with R&D teams. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing Sales and Operations. Translating market and customer needs into technical requirements. Conducting strategic market assessments and evaluating business segments. Defining and driving growth strategies including pricing and innovation plans. Leading or initiating relevant R&D activities aligned with growth opportunities. If you... Hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or related field advancedPhD degree preferred. Have experience in catalyst technologies or process engineering environments. Possess proven experience in business development or customer-facing technical roles. Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Have the ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams. Hold excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Have demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities. This position requires up to 50 travel.
