ABM’s Products, Partnership, and Innovation team are pivotal in shaping the organization's future state and strategic direction. In particular, we partner with growth areas to ensure they have a scalable, sustainable technology stack to support short-term and long-term success.

We are hiring a Technology Manager, Strategic Business Partner: who act as the liaison between business and technology. In this role, you will intimately know the goals of key growth areas, develop and continually iterate a technological roadmap to support them and work hand-in-hand with leaders across the business and technology to execute that vision.

A hybrid role- working at our New York or Atlanta Office- Monday- Thursday, @ home Fridays.

Pay $100,000.00 – Pay $140,000.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Technology, Business, or similar).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology strategy or consulting, preferably within a corporate or top-tier consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise technology projects with multiple workstreams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Experience developing technology solutions for scaling business operations in areas such as facility solutions or similar domains.
  • Strong understanding of system integration and data flow design across diverse technology platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior/executive leadership, to drive alignment and execution.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor and partner relationships for technology solution delivery. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various audiences.

Qualifications

  • Lead the design and implementation of a scalable technology stack to support ABM's specific growth area in the APS team.
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business unit's overall growth strategy.
  • Perform on-site visits to ensure implementation of solutions is effective at critical accounts.
  • Proactively evaluate and recommend options for technology solutions to better support the business.
  • Partner with business units to identify technology needs, evaluate solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Maintain key KPIs regarding technology's performance for the business, including adherence to the roadmap, utilization, and, ultimately, business outcomes.
  • Serve as the business's single point of contact and facilitate connectivity with other parts of the technology organization.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate current systems and recommend optimizations or new solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to source and onboard technology providers as needed.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends in relevant areas, such as mobility and/or sustainability, to inform strategy and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on progress, key insights, and strategic recommendations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with implementing integrated technology solutions at scale.
