Job Description:

Technology - Lead Project Manager

Location: Orlando, Florida (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Program Manager to serve as the Scrum Master and operational backbone for a large-scale enterprise AI platform. This role will partner across Product, Engineering, and AI Operations to drive planning, execution, and delivery excellence. The position serves as the connective tissue across teams, ensuring work moves efficiently from concept through delivery while maintaining visibility into priorities, dependencies, and risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master and Agile facilitator, leading ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.
  • Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, and AI Operations teams, developing and maintaining integrated program plans.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and cross-functional impacts, and proactively drive resolutions.
  • Facilitate delivery planning across multiple concurrent initiatives and workstreams.
  • Create and maintain executive-level status reporting, dashboards, and delivery health summaries.
  • Establish and improve consistent operating rhythms, project intake, work tracking, and governance processes.
  • Develop a working understanding of the AI platform architecture to facilitate technical discussions.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve project management and operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, or as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience leading Agile delivery across multiple cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex technical programs with multiple dependencies.
  • Experience coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within highly technical software development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise software, platform, cloud, AI, or data-centric initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI ecosystems.
  • Experience managing technical portfolios and organizational planning cycles.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.
  • Experience with Generative AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems.
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and observability platforms.

Technical Skills

  • Program & Delivery Platforms: Jira, Github, Azure DevOps, Airtable, Smartsheet, Confluence.
  • Collaboration Platforms: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, Excel, Dashboard Development.
  • AI Productivity Tools (Preferred): Experience with tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and AI workflow automation platforms.
