Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pega Administrator with strong application development expertise to support and enhance enterprise-grade Pega platforms for a marquee client. This role requires a blend of platform administration, system optimization, and hands-on Pega development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer Pega environments (Dev, QA, Prod) ensuring high availability, performance, and security

Perform system upgrades, patching, deployments, and release management

Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA adherence

Collaborate with development teams on design, configuration, and troubleshooting

Contribute to Pega application development (case management, workflows, integrations), Constellation and PEGA CS experience preferable

Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation of deployments

Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and audit standards

Must-Have Skills

6 10 years of experience in Pega (Admin + Development)

Strong expertise in Pega PRPC platform administration

Hands-on development experience in:

o Case Management

o Data Modeling

o Integrations (REST/SOAP)

Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and log analysis

Familiarity with Pega deployment tools, guardrails, and best practices

Strong understanding of cloud/on-prem infrastructure (Linux, WebSphere/Tomcat, DBs)

Required qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.



Pega certifications (CSA / CSSA / LSA preferred)

Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

Experience in large enterprise / managed services environments
