QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management
  • Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of computers, peripherals, networking equipment, servers, racks, and cooling systems.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking using Excel, proprietary systems, and other tools.
  • Conduct regular technology audits to verify inventory accuracy and condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support procurement and timely delivery of technology assets.
  • Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and compliance.
  • Support procurement activities related to technology assets.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational and regulatory inventory standards.
