The Technology Coordinator is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on day-to-day technological needs across the company's project teams and office staff. This role focuses on practical execution- setting up tools, assisting users, maintaining systems, and supporting the consistent and effective use of technology in the field and office.This position works closely with operations, preconstruction, and company administration and leadership to support software, hardware, mobile devices, and basic data/reporting needs across all departments. This role is not the IT helpdesk but will interface with the third-party IT vendor.

Field & Project Technology Support
Assist with setup, onboarding, and support of construction software (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Procore, Viewpoint, Autodesk, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Bluebeam, etc.)
Support field teams with tablets, laptops, phones, and mobile apps
Help troubleshoot basic technology issues for project teams and office staff
Assist with project startup technology checklists (logins, permissions, templates, workflows)
Software & Process Support
Assist with user training (1:1 support, small group sessions, jobsite walkthroughs)
Help document standard processes and "how-to" guides
Data & Reporting Assistance
Assist with pulling reports and basic data from construction systems
Help ensure project data is entered accurately and consistently
Support technology-related audits and cleanups (permissions, workflows, project setup)
Hardware & Systems Coordination
Assist with device inventory and setup (new hires, project startups) as well as offboarding and project closeout processes
Coordinate with IT vendors for escalated issues
Help track licenses, software access, and basic system documentation
Phone and A/V system coordination
Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback on equipment and technology when needed
Test new tools or features before broader rollout
Help support pilot programs for new technology initiatives
Assist with implementation of new features purchased for existing platforms

Required Experience & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong comfort with technology, software, and mobile devices
Basic understanding of construction processes or strong interest in learning them

Advanced Microsoft 360 skills (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, PowerBI)
Preferred Experience & Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree
Exposure to construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
Experience working in construction-related fields
Basic understanding of construction processes
Work Environment: This position works in a standard office environment. Visits to active jobsites will be required.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift 20 pounds, reach, kneel, squat, bend, and sit up to six hours at a time.
Regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer, with occasional standing and walking to attend meetings or collaborate with team members.
When visiting jobsites, the employee is regularly required to have endurance and ability to walk job sites in outdoor elements including stairs and elevated structures, ability to bend, stretch, reach, kneel, squat, and climb.
Work Hours: Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Travel: Limited as required.
