Qualifications -
- Bachelor Degree in Technology related field.
- Provide on-site technical support to students and staff by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting district technology systems, including computers, mobile devices, peripherals, classroom technology, and basic network connectivity.
- Ensure timely resolution of work orders to minimize instructional disruption and support district instructional and operational goals.
- Working knowledge of device setup and support across macOS, iPadOS, Windows, and ChromeOS
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common educational software.
