Detailed Job Description:
The Microsoft BSA will support the Global Customer Operations Business Unit with their business applications on Microsoft technologies.

The BSA will be responsible for understanding the definition of business processes, implementing, and configuring these processes within Microsoft Dynamics applications. The BSA will analyse complex business problems and assist in define the solution within the CRM system working with the development and analytics team. Identify gaps and provides functional expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure and manage system settings, power automate flows, views, and security roles. plan and execute functional, system, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements and support business team on User Acceptance Testing. Collaborate with cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Finally, they will perform root cause analysis of incidents, track them to closure, and manage change management processes. The BSA should be flexible to work with any of Microsoft eco system applications (Power Apps, PowerBI, D365, .Net etc..) based on business requirements.

Required Skills:
"10+ years Business Systems Analysis experience required on Microsoft technologies.
"7+ years of experience required in implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM CE (Sales), Azure, Power BI & Power Platform.
"Develop clear functional and integration specifications for system integrations including data mapping and error handling requirements. Must be skilled in analytical techniques, practices and problem solving.
"Experience in configuring Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and copilot studio agents.
"Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required.
"Proficiency with Agile process and Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Azure DevOps
"Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects in sales domain
"Act as a liaison between technical team, Functional team, Business Functions to drive implementations.
"Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
"Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Effectively uses interviewing skills to elicit, identify, and document functional business requirements.
"Perform gap analysis: as-is vs to-be and create process flow diagrams, use cases and acceptance criteria.
"Manage requirements to meet business expectations.
"Assess the risks of various solutions by looking across multiple applications.
"Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language.
"Knowledge of AI-enabled sales capabilities within Microsoft Ecosystem.

"The BSA needs to have transferable skills and willingness to learn and support any innovative technologies that the company might introduce in their landscape to support the Sales Business Functions.
