This role provides technical assistance across Analytics, Application Support, IT, and Clinical Systems, helping ensure reliability, efficiency, and performance of enterprise systems.As part of the essential functions of this role, the Technologist I:* Works with the Chief Information & Inclusion Officer (CIIO) and Sr Director of IS to mitigate Cybersecurity risks* Works with CIIO to prepare reporting to Board, Corporate Compliance Committee, and other cybersecurity stakeholders* Communicates regularly with Information Systems staff and other end-users regarding discovered issues and/or concerns as well as potential improvements to current systems and processes* Supports enterprise data operations, including basic maintenance, data validation, and data flow performance monitoring with senior guidance* Provides troubleshooting support for applications, systems, and end users, escalating issues as appropriateQualified candidate will have an Associate degree in computer science, Data Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields, Bachelor's degree preferred; basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices; basic coding skills and knowledge of warehousing data cleansing and transformation techniques; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.Job type: Full-timeRequired Education: Associate degree in computer science, Data Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferredRequired Experience: basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles, coding languages, and knowledge of data warehousing, cleansing and transformation techniques.This position is posted with a salary range.
