Qualifications
5–10 years of relevant experience in electronic engineering or technician roles
Strong hands-on experience with electronic components and PCB systems
Proficiency in surface mount (SMT) and through-hole technologies
Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
Skilled in soldering, rework, and inspection using microscopes and precision tools
Experience using diagnostic and test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters (DMMs)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively in high-pressure environments
