About the Role:

As a Technician in the retail trade industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems that support retail activities. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a retail environment or supporting retail technology systems.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software applications.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in retail settings.

Responsibilities:
