This position is directly responsible for the loading and unloading of assembly stations which assemble HEV motors and /or generators while ensuring the quality and integrity of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Load/Unload production machines Inspect all parts for adherence to quality standards
Inform appropriate parties of issues related to the quality of HEV product
Perform any mechanical assembly required for specific station
Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
Experience working in high volume, high production environment
Education/Certification
High school graduate or GED
Associate's degree from an accredited Technical College preferred
Skills & Experience
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
Ability to perform necessary quality inspections
Commitment to meeting production schedules
Commitment to EH&S and quality compliance
2 years of experience in fast-paced manufacturing plant using electromechanical equipment
Must have experience using hand tools and inspection tools
Physical Requirements:
May require long periods of standing and bending on a concrete floor
Pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 40lbs
6:30 AM to 4:30PM with additional overtime as needed, possible weekend work as well.
Paying $16.50 - This is a contract position
