DeVivo Companies has an opening for a full-time Vehicle Diagnostics Technician at our dealership in New Britain, CT. In this role, you will focus strictly on troubleshooting and triaging electrical and drivetrain issues on buses, trucks, and automobiles, while other technicians handle the physical repairs.

We provide continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp, featuring a state-of-the-art in-house training department and OEM factory training.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ experience in the field of automotive, truck and/or bus repair. Skills to sufficiently diagnose trucks, buses and general on-highway vehicles.
• Cummins certification is preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license. CDL is a plus.
• Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications.
• Possess adequate verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Possess the physical strength and conditioning to safely perform all required tasks.
