We are in search of a motivated and knowledgeable professional with a deep understanding of HVAC control systems and sales acumen. This role involves enhancing customer engagement and expanding our service footprint in the Eau Claire region, positioning our company as a leader in the HVAC market.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing client relationships to uncover new business prospects.
- Marketing and selling HVAC systems, particularly those utilizing Niagara, Alerton, and Distech technologies.
- Overseeing all project phases from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to client and company standards.
- Partnering with engineering teams to create bespoke HVAC solutions for customers.
- Managing financial and time resources efficiently to ensure the timely and profitable delivery of services.
- Offering technical expertise and reliable support to both clients and colleagues.
- Conducting on-site evaluations to ascertain project needs and draft precise estimates.
- Remaining informed about the latest developments and innovations in HVAC control systems.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles, lean processes, and various technical analyses, including FEA and CFD.
- High proficiency with computer systems and keen attention to detail.
- Experience with PLC systems, notably Allen Bradley, is advantageous.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and resources under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in devising and overseeing test plans, ensuring detailed data analysis.
- Valid driver's license with the readiness to undertake local travel.
