Technician – Fuel Restoration and Tank Cleaning Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Technician to operate our tank cleaning truck to perform fuel restoration and tank cleaning of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks. Utilizing required equipment, clean the interiors of underground and aboveground petroleum storage tanks .

Technician – Fuel Restoration and Tank Cleaning Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Technician to operate our tank cleaning truck to perform fuel restoration and tank cleaning of underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizing required equipment, restore fuel to industry standards.

• Utilizing required equipment, clean the interiors of underground and aboveground petroleum storage tanks

• Perform maintenance and ensure cleanliness of truck and cleaning equipment

• Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner

• Abide by all DOT regulations, including proper logging of hours

Requirements:

• Self-motivated and highly communicative

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety as the top priority

• Pride in workmanship and ability to uphold the company’s reputation

• Dependable, professional, and willing to grow in the role

• Fuel industry knowledge preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• CDL not required

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

• Load, secure, and unload materials with attention to safety and efficiency

• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and equipment

• Accurately complete delivery logs, invoices, and related paperwork

• Willingness to travel as needed for ocassional regional or out-of-town assignments

• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials safely
