JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Technician I – Filling to support the automated filling of vaccines in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring production processes are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality protocols. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform filling and support production activities related to vaccine manufacturing Operate department equipment in accordance with established procedures and requirements Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained Maintain a clean, safe, and sterile work environment Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Perform basic inventory transactions Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement Communicate process updates, issues, and progress to team members and supervisors Escalate any events or concerns appropriately Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Lean principles, and company values Perform additional duties and projects as assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Basic math skills Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating automated equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Education: High School or equivalent
