The Tech-Advisor (T/A) supports delivering an exceptional customer experience by learning and executing VIP processes, ensuring safety, and maintaining the facility and equipment.
They serve as a service writer and technician as needed, consulting with customers, building relationships, and completing vehicle services following VIP standards.
Required to complete training, certifications (including ASE and vendor-specific), and support team communication through daily huddles and meetings.
Responsibilities include safety compliance, facility maintenance, procedural adherence, and supporting performance goals. The role demands strong communication, automotive knowledge, organizational skills, and physical ability to perform duties in a dynamic environment.
Standard schedule is 40 hours/week, with an emphasis on teamwork, safety, and delivering a better customer experience. Certifications, driver’s license, and physical requirements are necessary for success.
