    As a Service Technician I, you'll play a key role in keeping material handling equipment operating at its best. Whether you're performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting a problem, or completing repairs, your work helps customers avoid downtime and keep their operations moving.

    What You’ll Do

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, drivetrains, brakes, steering, and lifting systems.

    • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and component repairs to ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

    • Complete service documentation, maintain parts and supplies, and keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.

    • Follow all company safety procedures, participate in training and certification programs, and contribute to a strong Safety-First culture.

    What You’ll Bring

    • High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in forklift repair, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or a related mechanical field.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and learn new technologies and systems.

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a dependable, team-oriented attitude.

    • Valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in a shop environment, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
